How do we get in contact with you?

Here's What Our Customers Say

STILL NOT SURE?

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers to common questions, so you know exactly what to expect.

Do you service residential and commercial properties?

Yes — and we understand they’re completely different environments.

In homes, you’re trusting someone inside your personal space. That matters. We work clean, communicate clearly, respect your time, and treat your home like it’s our own. No muddy boots, no disappearing acts, no mess left behind.

In commercial settings, downtime costs money. Deadlines matter. Compliance matters. Coordination matters. We understand how to work around staff, customers, other trades, strata, and facilities managers without disrupting operations. We plan properly, show up organised, and execute efficiently.

Residential requires care and respect.
Commercial requires structure and precision.

We’re built to handle both — professionally, safely, and without drama.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Our NSW Electrical Contractor Licence Number is 308403C. It is illegal to carry out electrical work without a valid licence in NSW, and we strongly encourage customers to verify the licence status of all contractors before engaging them. You can check any licence using the official Service NSW contractor licence check.

Unlicensed electrical work isn’t just risky — it can void insurance and leave you exposed. If something goes wrong (fire, electric shock, property damage), many insurers may decline claims where illegal or non-compliant electrical work has been carried out. That means you could be left paying for repairs yourself.

We are fully insured with NECA GARD, a specialist insurer for electrical contractors. Our cover includes:

$20 million Public Liability

$10 million Professional Indemnity

This protects you, your property, and us. No shortcuts.

Do you offer fixed pricing?

Absolutely — wherever possible, we provide clear, upfront fixed pricing before work begins so you know exactly what you’re committing to. No vague estimates. No surprise invoices at the end.

That said, electrical work isn’t always visible. What’s inside walls and ceilings isn’t known until we access it. We occasionally uncover damaged cabling, overloaded circuits, non-compliant DIY work, or shortcuts taken by previous trades. If everything had been installed correctly the first time, many of these issues wouldn’t exist.

If we discover something unexpected, we stop, explain the situation clearly, outline your options, and agree on the cost before proceeding. You stay in control.

Our goal isn’t to “find extras.” It’s to do the job properly and safely — so it doesn’t need fixing again later.

How soon can you attend?

Urgent issues are prioritised. If you’ve lost power, smelt something burning, or have a safety concern, we treat that as exactly what it is — urgent. We’ll move jobs where reasonable and attend as quickly as scheduling allows.

For non-urgent work, we book you into a confirmed time window and keep it. You’ll receive proactive updates, and we communicate if we’re on the way — so you’re not sitting around all day wondering if anyone’s turning up.

We structure our schedule intentionally. We don’t overbook. We don’t stack unrealistic time slots. That’s how we avoid being “that electrician” who runs late, cancels last minute, or disappears.

Your time matters. So we manage ours properly.

Will you be tidying up after yourselves?

Yes, for sure! We clean as we go and we clean properly before we leave. Off-cuts, cable packaging, dust, old fittings — it gets removed. You won’t be left with a pile of rubbish or a room that looks like a worksite.

We respect that it’s your home or business, not a construction zone.

Occasionally a client will insist on handling the final clean themselves — particularly during larger renovations where multiple trades are involved, or even when it’s just us carrying out additions or upgrades in an otherwise finished home or office. In those cases, after we’ve made it clear we’re happy to take care of it, if you genuinely prefer to manage it, we’ll respect that.

Our default is simple: leave it better than we found it.

What areas do you service?

We’re based in Carlton, NSW and service the Greater Sydney region, including the Inner West, Sydney City, Eastern Suburbs, St George, Sutherland Shire, South Sydney, Sydney South West, Hills District, North Shore and surrounding suburbs.

We’re happy to travel — but it really needs to make sense for you.

Travel time is still labour time. If we’re driving 1–2 hours each way for a small job, that time gets factored into the cost. In most cases, that’s not in the customer’s best interest.

Where longer distances do make sense is on larger projects — full-day works, multi-day upgrades, commercial fit-outs, or projects requiring a pair of electricians. In those cases, the travel component becomes a much smaller percentage of the total job cost, making it feasible and worthwhile.

If you’re unsure, reach out. We’ll give you a straight answer on whether it makes sense for both sides.

Do you do small jobs, or only larger work?

We do both.

A “small job” doesn’t mean small importance. A faulty powerpoint, a tripping circuit, a broken light fitting — these are the things that affect your day-to-day comfort and safety. They still deserve to be done properly, safely, and by someone who takes pride in their work.

You don’t miss out on quality service just because your job isn’t a full renovation or major upgrade. Everyone deserves a reliable electrician who turns up, communicates clearly, and does the job right the first time.

At the same time, we’re fully equipped to handle larger projects — switchboard upgrades, rewires, commercial works, and more.

Whether it’s one fitting or an entire installation, the standard stays the same.

Can you attend outside business hours?

Yes — absolutely.

If outside standard business hours is what works best for you, we’ll accommodate it. Whether that’s early mornings, evenings, or weekends, we understand that not everyone can take time off work or shut down their business during the day.

For homeowners, it might be the only time you’re available.
For businesses, it might be the only way to avoid disrupting staff or customers.

We’re flexible because we want the process to be easy for you — not stressful or inconvenient.

After-hours and weekend rates may apply, and we’ll always explain that clearly upfront so there are no surprises. But if timing is the barrier, we’ll work with you to remove it.

Our goal is simple: make hiring us a straightforward, comfortable decision.

What happens if you find additional issues?

If we uncover something unexpected, we stop.

Electrical work isn’t always visible until walls are opened or fittings are removed. We sometimes find damaged cabling, unsafe DIY work, or the wrong equipment installed — such as incorrect breakers, mismatched safety switches (RCBOs), or products that aren’t suitable for the circuit they’re protecting.

Yes — sometimes that is a surprise. Not because we’re adding things unnecessarily, but because previous work may have been done incorrectly, or because issues were hidden behind walls or in ceilings where no one could see them.

When that happens, we don’t quietly continue and present you with a bigger invoice later.

We explain exactly what we’ve found, why it matters, what the risks are if it’s left as-is, and what it will cost to fix — before any additional work is carried out.

The surprise isn’t the cost. The surprise is the issue itself.
And finding it now — and fixing it properly — is far better than it failing later.

Do you work with property managers or builders?

Yes — regularly.

We understand that when you’re a property manager, builder, or facilities manager, your reputation is tied to the contractors you engage. Missed appointments, poor communication, and sloppy paperwork reflect back on you.

We operate with structure. Clear communication. Detailed quoting. Proper documentation. Compliance certificates issued correctly. Invoices that match the scope. Updates when promised.

For builders, we coordinate properly with other trades and stick to agreed timelines.
For property and facilities managers, we understand urgency, tenant communication, access constraints, and the need for clean reporting.

You need reliability. We build our systems around providing it.

How do I get a quote or book a job?

Start by filling out the form to begin our call-back process, or contact us directly using the mobile number at the top of the page.

We’ll ask a few focused questions to understand what you actually need — not a long interrogation, just enough to scope it properly. This allows us to determine whether we can provide pricing immediately, need to attend for an inspection, or schedule the work straight in.

The goal is efficiency. No endless back-and-forth. No chasing. No confusion about the next step.

Clear process. Quick response. Booked properly.
